Creation of a Centre for Learning Technologies at the ”Politehnica” University of Timisoara and of Videoconference Centres at the "Lucian Blaga" University of Sibiu and "Transilvania" University of Brasov:

• team building in each university . Production of marketing plans for the centres in Timisoara, Sibiu and Brasov

• purchasement of books and teaching materials for the library at the Centre for Learning Technologies Timisoara 

• purchasement and installation of initial equipment for the Centres in Timisoara, Sibiu and Brasov (Oct.-Dec.'98)
