Objectives:

• to promote modern technologies for developing a flexible education at all levels
• to implement modern technologies in the training of active and inactive work force
• creation of a videoconferencing center to support distance learning
• development of courses for distance education and training on various supports:
  written material, books, video and audio tapes, interactive CD-ROM presentations, Internet
• development of Internet(web)-based courses
• development of new teaching methods in high education, using modern interactive technologies.
